Prospective Sponsors

My Future Fund is giving over 25,000 young people in Washtenaw County a jump start on saving for college and career training. Through a generous investment by Washtenaw County Government eligible students already have dollars set aside for their futures through the My Future Fund program.

Children’s Savings Accounts help uplift the entire community, and have a positive economic impact on both local families and local business. When students envision a future where they can save for the future and achieve postsecondary education, their skills and contributions become an asset for the community in the long term. We’re not just setting aside funds — we’re changing mindsets. And it takes all of us in the community to create a culture of dreaming big.

Through sponsorship, an organization or business can be part of supporting students’ futures! Eighty percent of sponsorship dollars will go directly to students’ My Future Fund Accounts by incentivizing their first login with a $25 Deposit. The remaining twenty percent will go towards our communication and engagement efforts.

If you are interested in becoming a My Future Fund sponsor, please contact Sara Saylor at ssaylor@washtenawisd.org or 734- 994-8100, ext.1745.
