Destiny Library-Transition Resource Forms and Transition Library

The Destiny Library currently houses two categories for transition: Transition Resource Forms and Transition Resource Library. The Transition Resource Forms section contains transition student and parent assessments, inventories, and surveys to check out for usage. The Transition Resource Library contains materials, resource guides, resource kits, and reading materials ranging from transition planning, life skills training, promoting health and personal development, to Asperger’s on the Job: Must Have Advice for People with Asperger’s for High Functioning Autism and Their Employers, Educators and Advocate book. To access these materials you must:

Accessing the Transition Library

  1. Once on the Library home page click on Washtenaw Intermediate School District.
  2. You will be brought to a page where you can Browse by Collection, Login, Request an Account, or Find Assistance.
  3. If you select Browse by Collection, the list is alphabetical.

You can also browse by keywords if you select Catalog, Library Search, and Basic.
