MiSTEM convenes a statewide network of leaders in education, business and local communities to empower the next generation of innovators. We are working together to prepare learners for the vital, high-demand careers of the future.

As an ofﬁce of the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, the MiSTEM Network and MiSTEM Advisory Council work together at the state and local levels to advance PK-12 STEM education, broaden access to STEM experiences and catalyze 3P learning beyond the physical classroom.

Region 2 consists of Washtenaw, Hillsdale, Monroe, Jackson, Livingston and Lenawee.
